Cancellation/Refund Policy
At Third Day Healthcare Training, we understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we’ve established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

All Sales Are Final: Any refunds issued will be at the discretion of Third Day Healthcare Training.

Notice Requirement: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class date.

Rescheduling Policy:

The first reschedule is free of charge if made within the designated timeframe.

A $20 fee will apply for a second reschedule or if class is not rescheduled within the designated timeframe.

Business-Initiated Cancellations: If a class is canceled by Third Day Healthcare Training, participants are eligible for a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame may result in the forfeiture of your registration. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain the quality and integrity of our classes.
We strive to provide high-quality certification courses that meet national standards. However, we are not responsible if your employer or organization does not accept your certification. To avoid any inconvenience, please check with your employer or organization before enrolling in a class to ensure our certifications meet their specific requirements.
